Never happen. You'd end up with a variation of this headline: "Pentagon can't order anthrax vaccinations" ([url]http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3783713/[/url]). In fact, I'm surprised the 9th Circuit Court hasn't outlawed the military entirely.

Something about "standing armies being dangerous to liberty".....even though they've already determined that in the 2nd Amendment, "militia" means "National Guard". |

My personal weapon was not an M-16/M-4.
