This is absolutely untrue, anyone is capable of being racist. A lot of racism today is reverse racism where black people automatically assume white people are being racist because they are white.

I have actually heard a black person say "blacks can't be racist." It floored me.
ANYBODY can be racist - it means you hate another race for [i]being[/i] the other race. The Japanese are [i]unexcelled[/i] at this (and I should know, I'm married to one. Exposure to that culture was eye-opening.) A good way to know how racist an individual is? See how often they claim they're victims of racism. And zoom? I'm going to memorize "clue-by-four" and use it. That's outstanding. |

Black people are some of the racist people I know. The first person whom made fun of me as an Asian when I first came to this country twenty five years ago was a black kid in my elementry.

What a silly, self-aggrandizing fist bucket Michael Moore is.
What's at work here is a combination of white self-loathing, liberal tokenism and absolute grandstanding. Mike doesn't care anymore about black people than he does about New Guinean aborigines, but he knows he can get more liberal popular capital out of making a meaningless stand ("the next [b]four[/b] people that I hired were all African-Americans") for blacks than he can for any other group. If he really gave a damn, he'd just give some of his considerable personal wealth to a program that trains jobless inner city blacks for today's job market, such as it is. Instead, he makes a splashy announcement in his book, then follows it up with a Newsweek intereview. I hope he doesn't dislocate his shoulder patting himself on the back. Kar98, well said. |

If he really meant all that "Kill Whitey" stuff, he'd just pick the most experienced, qualified, knowledgeable black person in his office and hand everything over to them--including his big salary, based as it is on a culture of oppression which he perpetuates by his very existence, since he benefits from it whether he actually does anything oppressive himself or not. (See, you can tell I went to college. I learned that in Women's Studies, but it's all basically boilerplate.)

I heard stories about asians being racists, but in my personnal experience, most asians are very polite people. At least they keep it to themselves and dont run by the store front yelling "Cracker"!! while making strange hand and hip motions.
Years ago i witnessed two young black kids break into a friends car (stole the radio). They took off running as i approached and scaled a fence with ape-like ease. I told the sleeping guard about it, but he did'nt so much as hardly move. The Guard was sitting in plain view of the event! Stupid rent-a-cops (no offense, i used to work for wackenhutt). The lady whose car got broken into told me mockingly, "of course they were black" while rolling her eyes. This is how far people have been indoctrinated into thinking Blacks cant do anything wrong. Even when i told her i was there and watched it happen. lib |
