Just read that AARP is backing the democrats and their healthcare bill. Shouldn't be surprised as they are a bunch of old bald, toothless, spineless, wimps. I happen to be of their age, but still have a full nutsack. They've been anti gun for years. Hope every republican drops their membership.

the guy who is the pres ( or whatever the title is) is a socialist.
a lot of older people tore up their cards and dropped membership the last time they did something like this. they are just further disenfranchising their constituents and members |

Makes sense. They'll be dead by the time the system goes bankrupt and starts rationing care to old folks, the disabled and the very ill.
It'll probably be my generation who gets stuck with that, along with failing SS, after having paid for the care/retirement of those people. |

The young pay for the old. It's always been that way. Social Security and Medicare are failed examples of why that's a really bad idea. Socialist healthcare is going to make those debacles pale in comparison. It wouldn't be so bad if us old fuckers didn't want cataract surgery hip replacement knee replacement pacemaker prostate cancer treatment blepharoplasty arterial stent multiple bypass, etc. to help them live past the age we can eat solid food. When I can't chew the blubber, put me on the ice. |

AARP backs any extreme leftist view and uses scare tactics to influence it's members to vote accordingly. It is ACORN on geritol and nothing more.
