I am about to pick up a DPMS LAR 308. It has a Collapsable stock on it and I want to put an A2 stock on it.  Will a Standard A2 Stock fit? I didnt have anything to measure it with in the store. Anyone else do this?

Yep, it will be fine.

ETA> Of course, you'll need a rifle buffer tube, rifle buffer, rifle spring.

The A2 will work.
You will have to buy a new buffer tube, spring, and buffer, I think.
Rifle length as opposed to carbine length.

Not 100% sure, but that's what you would have to do if it was an Armalite, or any brand of AR-15.

ETA;
I guess I'm the echo.
