[ARCHIVED THREAD] - 911 Out of Order

This is a real picture and was on every emergency post at every rest stop I stopped in while driving through Illinois. Since Illinois restricts carrying and personal ownership aren't the police supposed to be there to protect me? I thought it was pretty funny (and sad), so I took a pic to share with y'all.

Well we all know that usually the police will be there in minutes, when seconds count.
That isnt a slight against them, its just fact.
Now that 911 is out of order, maybe Ill...naw not even if every cop quit their job would they consider ccw.
