I ordered from them 11 days ago, my first order with them, for something that showed in stock and don't have anything other than a order confirmation email. Not too excited to order from them again. If they at least sent a 'oops, it's on backorder' email I'd feel better about my purchase through them.

I ordered some of the polymer lowers from them recently and got them promptly.
I am trying to order 7 magazines but the order isn't going through. When I hit "Place Order" I get an error message. I hope I don't wind up with 5,000 mags on my doorstep in a week.

I ordered an 'in stock' upper and some .22lr from them on January 8th. Since that date, still no package and mail order ammo has become a thing of the past in NY. No customer service by phone. They replied to my email 3 days later with a copy and paste response, not relevant to my questions or concerns. I will never order from them again. I was warned about PSA, should've known better

You'll be at home, when you hear the UPS trucks roll up-two of them. You'll think back on this day and have a "ho shit" moment..... Or, you come home from work to find box upon box left at your doorstep. Just take a picture of it for us, and then post it here so you'll live for eternity on ARFCOM

It let me add them and then said they weren't available when I tried to pay...shrug. Yeah I think they sold before i could hit pay. Gonna keep an eye out on my bill for them charging me either way since i hit submit and then it told me they were unavailable after that. Scam maybe?

I was warned about PSA, should've known better boo hoooooooo!!!!! i can't get my stuff instantyly, what ever will i doooooooooo  internet instant gratification.... so don't order from them anymore..... it'll help those that do, get their stuff faster. psa has gotten a reputation about being slow to respond, and taking a while to get product out, but, as far as i can tell, they have been pretty close when they say they will get an upper out in 15 days (business days, not calendar days). the order tends to sit, until someone gets to it, then the status changes. if you think psa is bad, you should be buying stuff like uppers from spikes or bcm, or several others, where you might be waiting up to 6 months for something. i don't mind waiting, for a great product from a good company. and yes, i have had problems with orders before, and they were fixed without a lot of drama edit - it looks like there is one left, so that is why it shows in stock, but you can't order any large quantities of them |

My order finally went through! I never got a message that it went through - I just got a confirmation email. Now I'm waiting to see how many of these emails I get!

Wouldn't let me buy 5, but would let me put 2 in my shopping cart, then it refreshed and said out of stock, story of my life, "day late, dollar short". |
