| Do I want to get into one? Need an SUV with 3rd row seats. I have a 2007 MDX that has 3 issues going on right now and I'm not happy. The CPO warranty doesn't cover any of them. So, it's somewhat emotionally based but I'm ready to trade it in. Thinking about an Explorer. Thoughts? |

I love my 2013. Only issue i would have with the 2011 would be to make sure all the recalls have been done. Late 2012 and 13 models are fairly trouble free.
The 2013 so far has only one recall for a fuel fitting otherwise it is outstanding. Mine is the XLT level trim with the six cylinder engine. Mileage is good at 20 mpg city and 25 on the highway burning summer blend gas. When burning winter blend i get 22 city and up to 28 on the high way. Best on the highway has been 33 with a 40 mph tail wind. Cargo area is large. Things to get on it are power lift gate and backup camera hands down beforelooking further. |
