its been sitting unstarted for 6 years or so. tried to jump it. i get a loud buzzing from a thing under the rear left fender. engine stuck or do i have a relay gone bad?

quad. the battery is dead so i was using a jump box

engine isnt stuck. just got it rotating. will try jumping the starter next
