Hello, my name is Jordan, I am friends with Joker1 (Mark). I have worked with him for many years in dog rescue. As most of you know he is in the hospital but we are making sure his dogs are being taken care of but because of crucial health issues we need to adopt out some of his dogs. I will be taking over the Semper Fi dog rescue to ensure all dogs go to loving homes, Mark will be able to assist me once he has recovered until then any and all questions need to be directed to me. If you are able to help transport, adopt or donate please message me. I will be starting a go fund me page to help supply for the dogs , please continue to keep Mark in your prayers! But this is about the dogs and all for Mark’s wishes. I personally don’t know Jordan but spoke with her and she has my complete support and I hope everyone else’s with what she stepped up to do. |

As long as we get confirmation that the OP of this thread is the person that Mark made the new manager of Semper Fi, it sounds like everything's taken care of. And I'm sure she is. Unfortunately, I was on a call for work and could not answer. He sent me back a message that he was going to have me start a thread to introduce her, but she was just going to sign up for an account and start a thread. I'm sure Fluffy will be able to verify that sometime soon here, depending on when he hears from Mark. If anyone needs more proof I can post a screenshot of the conversation. Don't know why he called me, other than I replied to his status as soon as it posted and I assume he wanted to get things rolling as soon as possible. Like I said, I'm sure Fluffy and others working closely with him can confirm later. Blanked out the last part of her name, because I don't know if she wants it all out there or not. I can post the unredacted message, if she'd prefer. |

Fluffy helped Mark sign legal documents before the angioplasty started and transferred SFDR to his friend. Jordan would appear to be that friend. You can read about Fluffy’s assistance on a page 6 of the thread linked above…..and also that Mark went through the angioplasty ok. Jordan….I’m available for a North Texas leg of any dog headed West or further south in Texas. I’ll shoot you a PM. Welcome aboard and thanks for helping Mark and SFDR. |

| Joker one here checking in from flat off his back. I apologize I'm not more present but every single thing is exhausting effort. For introductions Jordan is a very dear and trusted rescue friend she is former animal control officer of my county as well as a personal friend that I trust implicitly. There's no other way I would have signed over sole ownership of all of my dogs to her if I did not trust her what she has done is put the dogs go fund me under her 5013C personal dog rescue the reason for this is Simply because it's A5013C and I am not. Thit's not. This makes saving and managing the funds easier in the long run . There is no way I would have signed over sole ownership and complete control of all of my dogs to Jordan if I did not trust her completely. And I know I'm gonna do my best to post a pic. |

Great to hear from you Joker - and welcome to Jordan. Jordan, thanks so much for stepping in for Mark. Semper Fi Dog Rescue has a lot of fans here - hope you don't have to work too hard to be patient with our eclectic group and ways... I am just one of the guys watching and seeing where help can be applied - thinking about a dog and expect to be messaging. |

Hehe, we have a dog that has made friends with a deer at another's property. Our husky is another story, but the other dog hasn't met any critter she won't like.

This is the go fund me , Mark has complete access and is involved in ever decision I am making involving the dogs , the only thing I want is to make sure all the dogs are taking care of, I am new to this and still getting use to it, I will try my best to contact everyone who has reached out but please be patient, I am trying my best and still have my own dog rescue I am running too lol. Mark is my best friend and his dogs are like dogs and will be placed in wonderful loving homes!! When I spoke with Mark, he asked that the funds go through this go fund me so Jordan can access it. Otherwise it’d be a royal pain to get the funds transferred over for her to use. Mark right now is not in shape to be going back and forth from banks. |

Patience with her folks, she's got my number, and responded, I'm sure there are a lot of us overwhelming her. I know myself and another member have TX pretty well covered for transport. Plenty of crappy people think they deserve animals. Good news doesn't lead. Doesn't mean there aren't good people doing good. |

DONE!....will do more soon($$)..... had a similar 'life event' put me on my azz in Jan....had a blood pressure issue an' did'n know it, or just ignored the signals, long story short.....woke up on floor couple'a times stare'n at the ceil'n.....wunder'n wtf happen'd....  ......(syncope events.....ats where ya just pass out)seem'd ta be level'd off at present @ 7.5 mg Amlodipine, once a day....ANYrateI KNOW the connection he has with his crew(dogs), and will sacrifice his OWN comfort FOR'em......cause I'm XACTLY same way with mine.... @ Joker(Mark).....if/when ya read any this.....they'll git'cha squared away,gonna be some life change(s) for ya that gonna be a PIA ta deal with.......but heres good wish's ta git'n on top of it!......
