Green Bean Casserole.
We have it three time a year ... Thanksgiving, New Years' Day & Easter. I freaking love it. My son's buddy ate Thanksgiving Dinner with us one year. Ever since then he has asked me to make an extra pan of BGC just for him. Been doing that about 10 years now. If I had it every week, it might not be as special. I could do mashed potatoes & gravy every day. |

Short week for school this week, which is always interesting. In good news, our oldest grandson has awakened to his mother's craziness. He didn't go with her this weekend but stayed with us and his dad. He has been a different kid, smiling and appearing to love life. Gladdens my heart to see that.
