Finally got some pics up on the internet. This is my baby M4. It's a hybrid Oly/Bushy/Colt, but is my favorite of my AR's.

This is my Snipe-AR rifle. I'm sorry its so blurry and so HUGE. I just can't contain myself today since I figured out how to get them online. I will try to re-take a picture of it and get a better one up soon.

Hey M4Guy, is that a 24" barrel on that snip-AR rifle?  It looks longer.

That's a 24" SS 1:8 Wilson. Black finish cost extra but I'd say it was well worth it.

M4...How did you post the pics?  Am trying to do so through webshots and not having any luck.  Thanks  Spray

That M4 looks just like my BM M4A3, only i have the skinny front handguards, but do have a 14.5 barrel with a normal birdgage on it, no Vortex or Phantom to make it 16", here we a weapon class, OTHER, as in too short for a RIFLE which is 84CM minimum and a barrel of 16 minimum, so my M4 is OTHER.

Sprayboy, open up a webshots account (it's free). Once you start a photo album, right click the picture and look at it's properties. It should have the web address ending in .jpg on it. Copy that address and put it between img and /img each in brackets on the board.

It took me a few minutes to figure out how to post it too. You can still see it in the photo album fine, but the address of that website will not post it.

Very nasty looking rifle you've got there.  I have a similar configuration but I much prefer the A1 receiver.

Shoot well.

Tuukka, the handguards are Colt M4. I was out shooting tracers at a party this last St. Patty's day. Rocked out over 300 rounds as fast as we could pass the rifle around and change mags. Handguards weren't hot at all. A few people got small burns from touching the front sight base, though. [:(]

Yeah, the phantom on mine is pinned since 14.5" here won't cut it without paying out to the government, but I'm ok with it. I have no reason to remove it, and I can actually put my bayonet on it still.

Haven't shot with NV with it yet. Have shot at night though, hider works great. Instead of that giant fireball all you see is a little orange glow from between the prongs. Note that that is during rapid fire and viewing from the side. From shooting it you don't see any muzzle flash and aren't blinded. Hell, you aren't even blinded watching it from the side. I was very impressed.

Also that rifle has a tritium front sight post. Works great aquiring red chem lights hanging from trees. Then drop 30 tracers at it...........[:)]I love that gun!!

Nasty? All my guns are just downright evil. Even my M1 Garand is evil, it was the original "assault" rifle you know? [:D]

Nice setups M4guy.  Looks like the Hogue freefloat handguard on your snip-ar, how do you like it? Did you have any problem putting the Harris adapter on? I am looking at one for my HBAR.

Sniper, I really like the Hogue forend. It's a lot more comfortable to hold and grips better than just a plain metal one. Also makes less noise and won't scratch if stuff hits it.

No problems putting the bipod stud in. Put the upper together, eye-balled bottom dead center in a vice and used a drill press. Sweating bullets the whole time worrying I'd drill it wrong but turned out perfect.

Duffypoo, I have spent too much on actual guns and haven't gotten to buying an optic yet. I was wanting to get a trijicon Acog, but still haven't decided for sure on anything yet.

That's a nice rig, AR15USA. I'm like Duffypoo and haven't been able to afford to get to that point yet.

Where did you get that Knights I'm assuming from? Also is that something I can put on mine, or does that pinned on phantom kind of screw me? I know some are like a freefloat tube and others snap in like handguards.

Yes, you can have the Knight RAS on your M4 too, the same way you put your M4 handguard on you gun, the only difference is there is a screw on the RAS.
I bought mind(RAS) from  J & T Distributing , I don't have their web site address or phone number anymore. Ask other members, I am sure they will help you. Good luck!

cmos,

Is that a meatal craft upper on the last gun? If it is how do you like it and how was it dealing with barry? I am thinking as soon as I can get some cash to get a Metal craft 24 inch upper from him.
