I predict that the test will be stunningly successful at overwhelming 911 call centers and proving how utterly idiotic and dependent people have become on government.
Imagine the psychology and reaction by people to a few low passes by a fighter jet in a populated area that’s not used to it. All my devices like phone tv etc are android. and they are rooted, and this garbage is disabled. This oct 4th will be a test for me to see if i got it all disabled or not.

It's actually a pretty awesome opportunity to spoof big gov data. Every phone in the test will ping the network with its location. If you just put your phone in the microwave (suggest unplugging it first) it will be completely offline during the test. However if people organize a bit and have thousands of phones (just throw them in buddies' vehicles while people stay home if you are working) it could show tens of thousands of phones pinging coming from shops that supply tar or feathers.
