I started with 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, 1.5 pounds of chicken breasts and 1 pound of boneless skinless chicken thighs. I added a little extra poultry seasoning too.
 Attached FileAfter about 5 hours on high in the crockpot I shredded the chicken and added a box of stovetop stuffing. Cook for an additional 15 minutes and add chicken broth or stock if it needs it.  Attached FileFinished product and serving suggestion.  Attached FileGreat for graduation parties, office potlucks, funerals, the big football game, or anytime you need to feed a lot of people but don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. |
