GET YOUR BALLOTS IN

In February the NRA ballots should start going out in the monthly NRA magazine of your choice.

If you are a member for 5years straight or more, or you are a Lifetime member you are eligible to vote. If you do not see a ballot in your magazine but think you are eligible call this number 800-672-3888, that is the general contact number of the NRA. Find out why you didn't get your ballot in your magazine and request one if you are eligible.

If you are eligible to vote, VOTE ONLY FOR THOSE PEOPLE YOU FEEL COMPELLED TO VOTE FOR. If you fill in all 25 of your votes just because you have them, it could actually work out against your chosen candidates in the long run. You have 25 votes, you do not have to use all of them and you can't use more.

For example my ballot, at this time, will only be marked @supermoose and @scdonttreadonme, or Adam Kraut and Timothy Knight. These are the only two people I am voting for, unless somebody can persuade me that somebody else needs my vote. I have only researched these two candidates and they are worthy in my book. You should research your own candidates, I would look at them first though.

They deserve our votes. They stand for what we stand for and want to improve the NRA for us. They deserve all our support, in my opinion.

Yes they are hard working guys who absolutely stand behind what the majority of us on this site want to see going forward with the NRA.

This is why a little research goes a long way. You will find that Adam and Tim both want the NRA pointed in a shall not be infringed direction. They are hard working for this goal. They will make fine directors.

Your vote belongs to you, if you are a voting member. Just try not to project onto candidates the flaws of those who are currently headed in the wrong direction.

Thanks for the bump. If there is anything I could help you with regarding this subject I would certainly try. I am not the guru, just a semi involved guy who cares.

We really don’t want another “probably the ATF should review it” moment. We need to make some changes and ultimately get rid of WLP, Marion Hammer and a bunch of the other senior leadership.

And don’t forget to sign the bylaw petitions!
