After reading the emails I have come to this conclusion-
While a seller can sell to whom ever he or she wants to, the seller needs to give the buyer time to respond.
Not everyone stays at their computer, night and day. They have a life and responsibilities.
There has been entirely too many sellers lately that have to sell and get their cash right now, without allowing the first person to respond to thier ad to get back to them.
I did not see any "deadline" in the emails from the seller, that the buyer had to abide by. What I did see was a buyer that tried to get ahold of the seller, but only reached the seller's wife.
What I saw was a seller that accepted the offer from the buyer, only to not give the buyer time to respond back, thus selling the rifle to someone else on another board, Sniper's Hide.
So with the evidence at hand, I see this-
A seller welch and a -1.
I'll give some time for the seller to respond.
I do not want to see anyone else coming in this thread, demanding a pound of flesh.
