I have a Mas 49/56, Century converted to .308/7.62NATO.
Overall good plus condition, bore is typical of these being a bit dark but with strong rifling (accurate as they come).
Ran several mags of Port surplus and Chilian (approx. 100 rounds) through it with zero malfunctions, chamber seems smooth, ejected shells at approximate 45 degree angle forward and about 8 to 10 feet away in near proximity to each other. Hitting 8"x10" rock at 150 yards with regularity (even with a novice Australian shooter who has never shot any rifle before) Both mags functioned fine.
Comes with 2 mags marked on bottom for .308, like new original sling. No buttpad, the guy I bought it from says he might have some of the accessories and if they show up later will ship to buyer for no additional charge
Asking $300 shipped OBO to 01 or C&R FFL
