Kind of a different item to list here at AR15.com but this is the
"Everything Else" area so I figured I would give it a shot.
A lot of people don't know this but Shooting really is my second hobby. I used to be an avid pool player when I lived back east. Long story short I was up and coming in the billiards sport and ended up walking away from it for about 15 years. I just started playing again about 6 months ago and bought this Cue. I had a Schon Cue before and Love the way they hit and play. I was recently introduced to Samsara Cue's and I had to have one! So I bought one and now this one has to go. It's a beautiful stick. I have been playing with it for about 4 months. It comes with two factory Schon shafts one is a 13 mm and the other is a 12 mm which I prefer. The 12 mm Shaft has the most use and the 13 mm has been hardly hit. The cue is overall excellent condition with the only noticeable wear being the 12 mm shaft normal use. I take care of my equipment use conditioner on the cue, etc., and store it properly also. This stick rolls true assembled and unassembled its perfectly balanced. Weight on this Cue is 18 oz. Comes with a full set of joint protectors as pictured.
I'm looking to get about $150 less than what I paid for it since it is used. Will ship anywhere in the continental US for $25.
Asking $800 firm plus shipping. I have over $950 invested in the Cue. You won't be disappointed in this Cue. Any Question please E-mail me at Beagles747@aol.com
*Attn: local Phoenix, AZ area people interested in this cue, If you want to see the cue first hand and hit a few balls with it just send me an e-mail and I will arrange to meet you in Phoenix.
Here's specs from the manufacturer and actual pictures I took of the Cue.......
Schon CX16 - Ebony with Maple Pool Cue Stick
Proprietary manufacturing techniques and components, combined with beautiful woods and inlays, makes the Schon CX16 custom pool cue a striking instrument, both in appearance and in performance. Stained Birdseye Maple serves as a backdrop on the forearm and sleeve to wonderful ebony, stained maple veneer and ivory inlays. The wrap is black Irish linen with white specks. The attention to detail is impeccable, right down to the thin nickel silver rings. Offering a stiff hit, this cue incorporates a piloted stainless steel joint and shorter shaft taper, which is preferred by many players. In business since 1981, Schon employs a small in-house staff of full-time craftsmen who give great attention to quality. And because the cues are produced in smaller quantities, designer Evan Clarke is able to personally finish and test each cue, ensuring it stands up to the German meaning behind the name Schon…beautiful.
