also , just for your information , none of this would be this way had you just refunded the overnight shipping difference as you promised, instead of attempting to get ouyt of it by taking it to the EE forum. honestly it was a great deal , and it is more about the principal of it to me , not the gun or the money , and it is obvious from the way you have handled it that you can not see you did no wrong again. needless to say did you make it obvious that you needed the money quickly , so i overnighted it to you to help us both out , just like you got confused when you stated you would ship to me on a given date last time .

I was looking up your address and was just beginning to address shipping
these items when I decided to give you a call and make sure that everything
was good to go, but that phone nummber you gave me is not in service. What
gives? I need to hear from you and could you send me a tracking number on
the packages that contain the scopes? My phone number is: 830-792-4055 or
830-377-1397 cell. If I do not hear from you and/or do not get a tracking
number I will consider our deal null and void.
Thanks, maybe it is just a misunderstanding, but you can see what this leads
me to believe.

But somewhere between then and now you decided to take it to the forum for "advice" , and i feel that once you spoke your part i was entitled to do the same and have since recieved 7 emails from other members either sticking to my side, i have emailed each of them asking if i could post thier respopnses on the feedback forum. i have recieved responses from two and they both asked me not to repost as they do not want to appear to be spineless opinions posting on a fight that they have no dog in. I guess you thought maybe enough would see it your way and you would get out of returning the $20.00 you originally promised(which does not even cover the amount i spent to overnight you cash the next day much less the shipping of the gun) , and more importantly my concearn for a gun sent to me that will be out of my care for several days , and as you stated in one email I do not know you , and it is important for me to verify the condition and assume responsibility for the gun asap .
