Les Baer 1911 Concept VIII (Commander) $1000
This is a beautiful Stainless Steel 1911 that digested everything that I ran through it no mater what magazine or ammo was utilized. The gun is in about 95% condition with just a few blemishes on the slide mear the muzzle and on one side of the frame near the grip safety. The gun is the older version with the MMC sights. It also comes with a nice set of Carbon Fiber grips. You won’t find a better shooting .45.
Colt Government Model 70 series $1000
This gun is in nice shape and has a *lot* of good features/add-ons. The gun was re-blued thus the finish is near 95% the front strap has been checkered, but unfortunately I forget the LPI count. Bo-mar adjustable rear sights have been installed and a Kart National Match barrel was also installed. The only issue that I had with this gun was since the barrel was installed with a rather tight fit in mind it is a bit finicky about magazines. I rarely had trouble with Wilson’s, but consistently had issues with the cheap USGI mags that are circulating today.
Caspian Racegun $600
What can I say for this gun is extremely well built! The slide and frame are tight and racking the slide it feels like it is gliding on ball bearings. The barrel is a Kart National Match and is fit is as if it is part of the frame with tight lockup. The trigger breaks in at 2 – 3 lbs and is smooth. The frame has the swelled magwell but has been slimmed on the sides to allow for faster reloading. There are no sights on the gun nor are there any sight cuts in the frame. Instead the gun has rails for a scope or red-dot, neither of which are included. The finish is a bake-on finish and is in 90% condition but both the frame and slide have machine marks on them from the manufacturing process. The slide also has a number of dings. If this is an issue one with little to no experience could purchase sandpaper and remove the majority of these marks.
Auto Ordnance 1911 Frame $175
This is a new frame that also has never had parts installed on or in this frame. The bluing is phenomenal and is in mint condition. I was (and still am ) a Caspian fan but the looks on this receiver are excellent and it will build up a nice gun. This is yet another project gun that I need to let go since I will not have the time or funds to build it up properly.
Browning Belgium HiPower 9mm $600
This gun was built around 1973, manufactured in Belgium and is in quite nice shape. There are a few dings on the backs of the grips and a slight ding on the dust cover. I have put maybe a box through the gun, mostly because I have other HiPowers that I regularly take to the range. This one just became a safe queen.
Glock 19 $450
I bought this gun with the intention of utilizing my 3.5# disconnector as well as a NY Trigger spring but never placed them in the gun. It is in absolute mint condition and I will toss in the disconnector and trigger spring.
Browning HiPower Practical in 9mm $550
What can I say about this gun except for that it is all original and is in near 100%, lets say 99% shape.
I had originally purchased these guns as projects but it appears as if I no longer have the time to finish them. For now I only want FtF in NoVA transactions. Pictures available. Inquires addressed e-mail email@example.com. I get to my e-mail at least twice per day, if you IM or reply to the group it is indeterminate when I will get to your question.
