I have 2 flex 1500's and I'm selling 1 off.
Both used Flex's are in average condition, BOTH work perfectly with the ke9ns software, haven't even tried the flex being the ke9ns is highly praised.
Radio #1 is identical to radio # 2 except it's missing the rubber feet, and (I think) a screw or 2 holding the board to the case.
I did not disassemble it, it works fine and I ran it as it is. Nothing is rattling , I guess a previous owner did this.

Either radio comes with the radio and mic, nothing more.
