3 Boxes (150rds) of WWII 1943 45ACP M1911 located in Appleton/Fox Valley area in Wisconsin.
NOTE: The drop to $60 for the lot is the last price adjustment. This thread will be bumped at this
price until the ammo sells. I am 99% sure this ammo is corrosive and I wouldn't want to shoot it
in anything I had to clean up afterwards. It is intended to be sold as a collector's item. Attached File
This ammunition is World War II surplus, .45ACP 230gr, Full Metal Jacket, M1911 Ball. Ammo is head stamped
"E C S 1943" and is from Ammunition Lot E.C. S-S25205, produced at the Evansville Ordnance (Chrysler) plant.
All boxes have been stored in an ammo can under cool, dry conditions w/desiccant.
The two boxes on the flanks in the pic have not been opened to my knowledge. The one on the right is in very good
condition with all box folds and corners still in nice shape. The one on the left is also in pretty good condition with
the corners having some wear. The open box in the middle had the black paint overspray when I obtained them so
I opened it and use it for "hands on" display.
$80 $75 $70 $60 for the lot
. Prefer FTF in the Green Bay / Fox Valley / Oshkosh area of WI., but I also travel
with some regularity to the west side of Chicago (next trip during the last week of this month). Will consider
shipping for actual cost added to do so. Payment will be in cash unless being shipped, then either discrete
Paypal or USPS money order.
