We can offer this price because we have more experience and the best equipment of anyone offering this service. We have industrial machines, not hobby machines. Zero baffle strikes in our career.
We have machines setup, ready for anything that walks in so our setup time is nearly nothing. Most others have to charge a premium because they have one gunsmithing lathe, and most are 36 inches. So takes them much longer than it does us, they likely have to pull the barrels with a lathe that small. Plus many are chambering etc so that one lathe is tied up. We thread and only thread, with an average of 15-20 barrels a day. Imperial threads 75 for barreled action, not shortening (trigger etc all out, no scope mount) 75 to cut, crown and thread just a barrel (no sights etc, loose round barrel) . Imperial threads 100 barreled action. /Cut, crown and thread barreled action with no trigger, no scope mount etc 150 cut, crown and thread barreled action with trigger and or scope mount attached. 150 for ak barreled action, MP5, FAL etc if not shortening. 140 Scar cut, crown and thread if bottom rail is removed. 190 plus 15 return ship cut, crown thread scar with bottom rail on. 225 cut, crown and thread ak. 180 cut, crown and thread PTR91/HK types 175 Beretta 21A if its just a barrel. 100 Evo K cut and thread 100 MPX imperial cut and thread 100 thread copperhead MPX 175 MPX metric threading 50 to do a Q/sig taper Lever Actions 100 only threading and receiver is totally stripped 150 cut, crown and thread lever action if stripped (no mag work) We have 60 inch lathes and dedicated jaws setup for a wide variety of things. Have 7 manual lathes here at my shop, and 5 CNC's at my secondary location. Those are the big boy bar fed Mori Seikis etc,. Do OEM supressor mounts for 5 companies now, and we thread for over 50 dealers now. (many on this site  )Again, work pics on nearly every reply I do in this thread and many are unique hard to do guns. No just Rem 700 and 10/22's you see on other peoples pages. Are you able to do the old Ward Western Field .22s?
I have a model M812 single shot BA that I would like to have threaded. Seems like I would have to ship the whole rifle as I am not sure how to separate the barrel from the action though. |

Are you willing/able to cut a 24" Savage 10FCP barrel to 18" and thread it 5/8-24? I'd do it if it wasn't .050" too big to fit through my lathe's spindle

I've got an in the white 18" .45acp barrel for enfield that needs the basic .45 supressor thread. I think .578 x 28 ? Still $60 ?

One of my newest jobs for a local arfcom member. He needed a thread adaptor for a can, thats a weird thread pitch.
First I printed off the thread specs for the three possible matches. Then checked with thread gauges 
Once TPI was determined I knocked it out. 
Then here is a pic of the thread job on SBR and the thread adaptor

In addition to threading on a .308 R700 26" heavy barrel - Are you folks able to attach a YHM Phantom QD brake on there while you have the barreled action?

I have a Beretta 92FS I want threaded for an Evo 9, do you do pistol barrels? Then, I also have a Sten barrel I need cut and threaded. Both are 1/2"x28".

I would like to cut my 18 inches PTR-91 barrel to around 14.5 inches and then thread and pin the flash hide.
