Up for sale is my AB Nightvision MOD-3. It is equipped with matching ITT thin filmed OMNI VII milspec tubes, same as Pinnacle Ultra but with no datasheets. The tubes are MX-11769 with the gain set for use in these housings, which means that you can add a pigtail and use them in adjustable gain housings as well. Both tubes are very clean and bright, with no noticeable anomalies or blemishes.
This unit was built by Nightlong Industries for me as a new replacement for a previous unit. It is covered under a 2-year warranty by Nightlong from August 2015.
It has seen zero use outside the house. The tubes have less than a minute of runtime on them. I have installed the monocular adapters on each tube once, and mounted the bridge in bino configuration once to a G24 to insure compatibility. I am also including a new G24 (tan) with this unit, unless the mount ends up selling on its own.
I am selling this because I just can’t seem to get comfortable running dual tubes. Apparently I am one of the few that prefers monoculars.
These units are available from Nightlong for $6995 and TNVC for $6899 (theirs have datasheets and OMNI VIII tubes). Neither of these include the $450 mount.
Wilcox G24 mount
Shipped and insured USPS Priority Mail - $5750 $5000
Without G24 - $5500 $4750
Will also sell the bridge alone for $600 shipped.
I would place a trade value on this of $6750 without the G24, and am interested in the following items:
FLIR LS-XR or Scout II
NF 2.5-10 in mil/mil digillum z-stop
Leica Geovid HD-B 10x
L3 filmless tubes in green or chrome (installed in mono housing ok)
Tube pics pending, once we get better weather here.
