I can get 7 of the 2-3/4 shells in the stock mag tube. 9 in the tube at the start is the max I can have in the gun.
So,In preparetion for my first 3 gun match I bought a Tacstar +2 extended mag tube for my Win 1300 defender.
Once I installed the new tube the supplied spring is not long enough to push the last shell out to the carrier.
I'm hesitant to just stretch the supplied spring for fear of damaging it or causing it to bind up.
Who makes a longer spring? and/or where can I get a longer spring? Suggestion?

I didn't realize they made tube to fit the Winchester 1200/1300.

have a $120 Win 1200 with 28 Inch barrel I bought to canabalize an ejector spring for the 1300.
Now that I've shot the 1200 I'm really impressed with how much smoother it is than my 1300 and it has interchangable chokes unlike my 1300 defender.
I'm going to put an extension on it as well to hold 10.

I called yesterday and was told they do not make an extension tube for the Winchester 1200 or 1300 or anything that will fit
they may in the future but not now.
The Tac star +2  I put on my 1300 fits perfect and seems well made.
I have a +5 on order for the 1200 along with a Nordic clamp.
