So I ran a serch and found the other threads with folks having stuck cases. Some folks posted that the RCBS case stuck remover kit works great, you can make your own, use a punch and hammer, etc. My question; when your RCBS stuck case remover does not work, the punch and hammer also fails, what do you do?

The damn case seems to be glued in there. I think that might be becuase of my One Shot spray lube iIwas using. Does that sound familiar to anyone?

Thanks

Yes, I never had a stuck case untill I used One shot.

With LEE dies you can loosen the collet, and tap it out.  With other dies a stuck case remover will be needed.
I made my own with a hex head screw, and socket.  Tapped the case, and pulled it out.

Good luck

Run to LOWES.. they sell a drill bit and tap in same package under the KOBALT label, get you a 1/4-20.

Grab a 7/16 socket, 1/4 drive.

Grab a bolt to pass through socket and into case a bit.

If the RCBS stuck case remover doesn't work, you're pretty much screwed.  Try putting it in the freezer overnight and then put the die in a vise and grab the shell with vise-grip pliers to try and twist it out.

Midway sells the sizing dies separately if you need.  Just chaulk it up to experience and throw out the One-Shot stuff.
