Both MSA and Ops-Core make ACH rails.
Some 2001 cut helmets won't fit, but I'm not sure what the rhyme or reason is. I got my Ops-Core rails from Grey Group, but I'm not sure if they still sell MSA. Here's my 2001 with Ops-Core rails 
This is a TC-2001 with MSA rails owned by one of the guys from Grey Group Training

Not to sound like a dick, but did you try looking?
I was gonna post links, but I'm not gonna do ALL the work. If you googled it, you'd see TNVC, Op Tactical, Own the Night, Grey Group (which I already mentioned in my earlier post), Ranger Joes, even AMAZON sells the Ops Core ARC. |

I emailed Grey Group on Tuesday no response. I also looked on ebay and its either airsoft quality or none. When I went on TNVC the ARC I found fits TC 2000 and 2002 only, unless im blind I didnt see it |
