Use Imperial lube.  Follow the methods from 7zero1 or 1911smith up in the Gateway thread.

Dillon and home made spray works great, too, just don't spray too much and give the lube a little time to spread around the brass on its own.  Otherwise removal is painful.

You'll have to check the usual sellers for a single die, I don't recall seeing LEE dies sold that way as the sets are so cheap anyway.  Buy yourself a nice Redding or Forster die instead, the cost and quality will give you second thoughts the next time you get mad.
