i own a spanish mauser in 7mm it has 1939 stamped on the top of the breach. looking for the value of the rifle can not find it on gun broker or any whare on line, any info would be great.

$100-$200 depending on condition.

Last month I bid on a gun like it on Gunbroker and got out at $125. It sold at about $150.

With WWII German Mausers still available for under $200, not many are going to pay a premium for a post Spanish Civil War Mauser.

in 7mm it is prob the more desirable of the spanish rifles (most were converted to 7.62 NATO).  however, the spanish made rifles are thought/ known to have inferior heat treat/ metalurgy.  this makes them slightly weaker in comparison to just about everyone else who made mausers....ie... less desirable.

ETA:  you can still get 7.62 converted ones from samco for $125, so in 7mm i could see a $25-$75 premium over that.  maybe more for someone who wanted to add an example to their collection
