What is a good quality vest/ chest rig that wont break the bank? anything helps. thanks

I have a Tactical Tailor Mini MAV and Fight Light Triple Mag pouch. Well-built, simple, and none too expensive.

You can find some great stuff here on the EE. I try to buy used if I can most of the time.

Eagle makes some nice affordable ones. $70 or so.

This. +1 for TT and second would be Blue force gear with their Ten Speed chest rig. I reccomend the gen2 with the MOLLE

Eagle +1 I have the universal SKD version very nice but not a lot off room to add stuff later
