take the flash suppressor off, that makes it illegal in cali, but it is legal to have the parts

I'm pretty sure if you remove the flash hider and replace it with a muzzle brake it'll be Cali legal then.

As stated earlier, no hi-caps either.

It's legal to ship rifle with either a scout rifle muzzle brake or plain barrel with the flash hider removed. You can send the flash hider with the rifle, just not on the rifle.
