i have 2000 API's i load and a BOHICA, they are pulls i resize,  the bullets can differ in weight +-30 or more grains.... i think im loading at 210gr surplus powder.
at 200y i was getting 7inch or so 10 shot group...

is this "normal"? what kind of groups do you get with pulls?

Surplus stuff is typically only good for 2-3 MOA, try seperating by weight and weighing each charge so that you know it's what you want. If you want to go further you can prep your brass (ie flash hole, primer pockets, necks). Another thing you can check is how much you're crimping the necks when you seat the bullets. Try setting it so that you just get a light crimp, you're not shooting it thru an M2 so you don't need a heavy crimp.

On AMAX I don't use a crimp at all as they're seated about a 1/2" into the case and there's enough tension to hold them in place. You could probably do the same with surplus bullets seeing how you're shooting the ammo thru a single shot rifle.

Sounds about normal.  Definitely sort by weight.  It seems that mine were mostly within 5-10 gr. of eachother, though.

This is too high IMO. Not saying it cannot be that much, but I know I was less than 2% with mine.

Sort bullets by weight, keeping them w/n a  single digit SD would get you more accuracy

I find the same 2-3 MOA with pulled and resized 'API yet will get less than 1 MOA with Barnes 647 gr HP.  So it's the bullet but they are cheap and fun to shoot.

I have seen +/-30 grains with mine.

Some are obviously different manufacturers, years, and lots.

If you sort by weight it will make a difference, and except for "blasting" ammo, for sure it is worth it.
