this morning i was shooting some previously tested handloads at 200yds.  first 10 shot group was around 2" just low and slightly left.  that's about as good as i can do, i was happy.  i put on the G5 just to see how much POI shift i had.  first shot was almost dead on, next four grouped about 5 inches low and right.  no big deal.  took the G5 off and fired 10 more rounds expecting another 2" group and what i got was a 4 inch group high and slightly right.

my question is, did using the suppressor between shot strings somehow cause my groups to open up?  not too concerned about the slight variation left/right but how could i go from just about 1" low with my first group to 2.5" high (and not nearly as tight) with my second group?

Could be a result of the heat of the barrel?  Try the same course of fire without the suppressor & see what happens.
