Which do you prefer, DSA SA58 carbine, or a Springfield M1A scout. I love both. Need others thoughts, experiences, and opinions.

I know others will disagree with me, but in my experience the M1A design is more reliable.  I just put several different kinds of .308 through an FAL carbine today, and it choked on some '71 FN stuff that my M1A's will eat all day.  It runs great with Portuguese or Federal, but that FN stuff just chokes it.  And no, it's not a cheap frankenFAL and the mags were like new Austrian.  I like both rifles, but if I had to choose one it would be the M1A without a doubt.
