$300 to spend hmm..

going to a fun show this weekend. only have around 300 maybe a little less by then to spend. any ideas what i might uh, invest in? only thing i'm really interested in is a mount for my aimpoint but i doubt i'll find one there. on another note-there is an even bigger show in 2 weeks.

hmm... Being in WI, you may have need for a CCW gun soon. If you don't already have anything suitable, $300 would buy you a Taurus snubbie, a Bersa .380, Kel-Tec P11 or P32, and numerous other good CCW guns... as well as a few spare mags/speedloaders, and maybe a holster.

You might want to save it for the new Trijicon Tripower. Check out the Sept. 2002 issue of Guns & Weapons for Law Enforcement.

As for CCW, SigArms has a new stainless P226 that comes with an integral Picatinney type rail on its frame !!!! And the Trijicon retails for $550.

Get a used SP1 upper and a .22 conversion bolt. Cheap and fun to shoot.

i got 2 usgi 20rders 1 colt the other universal
for $20/ea

also got a cheap riser mount for $40. i know i paid too much for it but i thought oh well...then the stupid POS aimpoint ring is crap and it won't work anyway. yup. i knew better..at least i didn't buy a case of wolf .223 though.
