I'm using a $100 Marlin 795 and a KDG ACR stock
$100 airsoft SCAR chassis i need to find a cheap extended rail to finish it up

Could you give us details on how you did the conversion. i got it for $99 in the boneyard section on evike.com brand is ASC SCAR H - dremeled around the ejection port to make room for the 795 charging handle to move freely - used devcon epoxy putty behind the 795 action to prevent horizontal movement - kept part of the gearbox frame that attaches the pistol grip. used epoxy putty around it to make it solid - cut the metal piece that holds the front pins in half to allow the 795 barrel to go through - cut the SCAR stock back plate to allow the KDG ACR stock to fit - cut out a strip of kydex and used a heat gun to shape an extended trigger - drilled a hole in the trigger and used a nut/bolt on kydex trigger. secured it a zip tie to prevent vertical movement - cut the lower receiver to allow room for the 795 mag to fit
