Unless you are LEGALLY prevented from owning body armor, then yes you can own an interceptor

1) If purchased from a legal vendor
2) Using civilian plates.
3) Are of legal ownership status

Thats the insight..... but then again, if you're trolling ebay for IBAs then you will trigger a DoD inquiry - I know from experience.

Yes, it is legal to own, as long as the piece of equipment that you are buying is not government property. Unfortunately, anything you are going to find on the market is stolen governemnt property since none of that which was bought by the US has been DRMO'd.
