Unless you are LEGALLY prevented from owning body armor, then yes you can own an interceptor 1) If purchased from a legal vendor 2) Using civilian plates. 3) Are of legal ownership status Thats the insight..... but then again, if you're trolling ebay for IBAs then you will trigger a DoD inquiry - I know from experience.
