A family member is moving into an assisted care facility and their house is going to be empty for a few months. I'd like to help them get a monitored security system, hopefully without drilling holes and running wires. Are there good wireless systems, or any I should stay away from?

These are the requirements, any feedback on this config is appreciated.
Cellular monitoring (land line will be turned off, cell signal is strong in house)
2 door sensors.
4 motion sensors (3 main rooms and the hallway where the bedrooms are).
I don't plan to attach sensors to the windows, hopefully interior motion detectors will catch an intruder after they've come through the window.

Thanks, that seems to meet most of my needs. Have you used simplisafe? Was it reliable for you? The customer reviews I found were pretty bad, but sometimes that is because only people with bad experiences post reviews.

It was cheap fast and simple to install and customer service was great when I had problems.
I even had a fine from POPO for a false alarm and an unregistered system. It was my fault due to my confusion and they picked up the bill.
