All I've ever carried overseas is a SAW and a M16, so I never got the time to mess with them...

Are they well made?

Check the EE, you can pick on up much cheaper. Or Knight's website has factory 2nds on sale for MUCH CHEAPER right now. 2nd = blemishes in the finish

Thought for a minute about buying them just in case I ever buy a carbine. But I'm stronger willed than that.
