If you are going to be shooting suppressed all the time, use the muzzle brake as a sacrificial blast baffle.
If you are going to be shooting unsuppressed, use the flash hider because muzzle brakes on 10.3 barrels kinda suck for everybody around you. |

Or you could just go brake and get the blast shield. Was about a hundred on the big sale.

I run the flash hider because I want it to be bearable if I shoot unsuppressed for some reason.
Not a "true" MK18, but close enough
