Does anybody know if there are any kits of these around anywhere? I don't even care if they are Russian or not or if they are mixed from different countries as long the barrel has a bayo lug like on the Russian one.

Basically, nowhere.

Only options are the complete rifles sold in the US; Tigers, KBI SVDs, and any bring backs.

Ruseller on gunbroker is in Russian and can sell you minor stuff like the flash hider, stock sets, etc.. But nothing major.
