Well, I know what you are trying to ask...though gravity and the round itself will determine actual trajectory.

I have found that sighting in at 50 yards seems to provide a minimum variation in drop and/or rise in POI from POA for all intermediate distances from the muzzle to 50 yards, and from 50 yards out to 200 yards.
