My girlfriend found this online after shooting the other day and she asked me if I knew much about it. She said she has to have one like it but I wouldn't know who could do it or what it is. If you guys can shed some light on it I would be appreciated.

Thats Anodized. Any place that does anodizing could do it most likely however you would want it with whatever color you want.

There is this guy that has been doing custom stuff like that for a number of years, check out his pics the only complaints I've ever read involved his attitude but he seems to know his shit. http://www.tjscustomgunworks.com/Photos5/hellokitty.htm

I forgot most Sigs have alloy frames. That's what was throwing me. Thanks for the help guys I appreciate it.
