HK USP .45 SW 4013 TSW Mossberg 590 AR-15 AK Shorty AR-15 Varmint AR-10T .308 Ruger Mini-14 Ranch Remington 700 PSS in .300 Ultra Winchester model 94 30/30... one original/one modern Ruger 10/22's [a couple] NEF .22 mag Ruger M77 7mm Mag. A couple of project guns. Next will hopefully be an Armalite AR-10A4C in green as a brush gun. But not until they unscrew the conversion kit prices and the whole 'send in the empty shells' crap. Someone makes a .308 AR that uses FAL mags. Maybe I'll go that route [hint-armalite]. It's a small collection, but it suites me until I can afford one of those arsenals I hear about in the news. |

By the suggestions of board members, I might round off with a good bolt action, in a very high caliber! What's left over from the 900 will be dropped in ammo, or, a fluted dissipator A3 upper with V-match flip up sight. Ah...I sure do love the sight of a large brass pile over my right shoulder!

I believe I'm at over 45 different firearms, and having a C&R license doesn't help.
I went crazy with Mosin Nagants having: M91/30's, one sniper and two regular M91/38 M44 pair of M38's pair of M39 Finnish pair of M91/59's M1891 A handful of like new Mausers such as: 3 1938 Turks M48 Bosnian Yugo M48 Romanian SKS Chinese RPK AR15 carbine from kit Glenfield 778 12 gauge Savage 110 (my deer rifle tack driver) pair of Marlin 60's Romanian M69 .22 .45 percussion Kentucky rifle pair of .50 cal flintlocks for deer season Pile of pistols: 3 Tokarevs 3 Makarovs 2 Nagant revolvers Star B 9mm .380 Davis semi Pair of .38 snubbies (Taurus and S&W) .357 Dan Wesson with scope Cz52 .45 Colt single action army Probably missing some others, but that's it in a nutshell. I have no collection. If I did, it would be standardized, with at least four weapons in each category with 10,000 rounds per weapon:
.22 5.45 5.56 7.62x51 .40 12 Guage I don't dislike wildcat or exotic calibers, but I don't have any desire to own them, either. I love the .22 the best. Cheap, effective, and plentiful. Jim |

 Here's a pic I took of part of my collection. I will get around to the rest of the long guns and handguns sometime. This is basically what would fit along the wall. Left to right: 1)Savage SharpShooter Supply Douglas 8 twist 22BR topped with a Nikon Monarch 6.5.X20. 2)Anschutz M64MP 22LR topped with a Sightron 6X24. 3)H&R M12 22LR topped with a Tasco WC 6X24. 4)Rem 700 17Rem topped with a Weaver V16 4X16. 5)Savage 12BVSS 223 tuned by SSS with a SSS brake topped with a Sightron 10X40. 6)Colt MT6700. 7)Colt MT6530 now topped with a Weaver V16. 8)H&R M12 topped with Redfield International sights. 9)Ithaca M700 with 32" barrels fixed chokes. 10)Perazzi TM1 with 34" barrel fixed choke. 11)Browning BT100 with 34" barrel interchangable chokes. The one laying on the ground is a Ruger 10/22 T/TS with a Volguartsen trigger package, mag release and bolt release. I have about a dozen more long guns ranging from Winchester in 32-40, Ruger 10/22 Bicentenial edition and a few more Ithaca trap guns. Handguns include 5 Glocks including M17, M19, M20, M21 and an M30 along with a few rimfires and a few revolvers. I'd like to add a Savage 6MM type bolt gun, a M29 Glock and a RRA DCM AR with a varminter upper. |
