What vest is this and where can I get it?

Why the fuck did I know it was going to be that vest before I clicked on the thread? 
Take a good look at that thing and tell me where you would mount any MOLLE pouches in any useful manner and amount, or what protection it would afford you, if any, were you to somehow figure out a way to mount plates to it? Cool looking vest, no doubt, but ultimately impractical unless you plan on only carrying handcuffs and a few revolver speed loaders, as shown above. Closest thing that comes to mind, in all seriousness, is this BDS blank split front rig:

At least with that you can mount a full fighting load to it what with pouch configurations/positioning and the like. |
