So in that case. am I gonna get fudged over on a button rifled barrel instead of my CHF? Will that even matter? If so, I'm inclined to say screw it and keep it as is, and run the scope on it exclussively

I don't know how I didn't notice it before... but I mounted my scope today and noticed my gas block is fucking canted... 2009 build date, and no real issues when shooting with irons, but sure as shit.. Well, if it were me, given the current situation(the fact that it will take significantly longer to get this sort of thing dealt with because of the panic) if it works with irons, I wouldn't worry about it. |

Easy fix. Punch out the pins, straighten it out, and you may need to re-drill, but that's easy. Once done, I would recommend new roll pins. I've done this on many AK's. If you don't have the means to drill, take it to a smith. Entire fix is about an hour. You won't be able to get new pins from Sig, as they don't sell 'em, but just measure your existing ones, and look on-line for the correct size from the numerous company's that sell roll pins.
