I just bought a GSG-5 rifle a week ago, and no problems yet. I've fired 550 rounds without cleaning it, and it's run great. I've been fitting 24 rounds in the 22 round mags without a jam. Only problem I've found, is that the double mag couplers squeeze the mags so I can only get 19 rounds in them. Buy with confidence, the GSG rocks. |

Problems I've been having is Light primer strikes and stovepipes. The Light primer strikes can be solved with Jackals modification thread. I made a feble attempt to modifiy my firing pin, and ended up with a modern work of art he Other problems I have with my GSG-5 is I just can't put it down. I'm always fiddling with it and putting on / taking stuff off. Takes up the better part of my free time. It's a good thing I'm not married |
