Hi, I don't have an M1A myself and don't know anybody who does. I've always been curious about the stripper clip guide on the M14/M1A...I see it a lot, it gets mentioned a lot, but I haven't actually ever found any kind of record, in any form, that anybody has ever actually used it.
I was wondering if any of you could point me to a video of someone using it? |

If I could find a pro-gun videographer local to me, I could do a bunch of educational YT videos on the M14.
See the attached photo from my web site. This is not a cartrdige clip guide but the first version A.R.M.S. # 18 scope mount that allowed use of a stripper clip. It works in the same manner as the installed cartridge clip guide on the M14 receiver. http://www.imageseek.com/m1a/gallery/albums/civilian/ArmsStripper.jpg |

Oh wait, it's from Swan... now I get it...
