I just bought a V53 and a V51. The problem I'm having is that the mag well on the V53 is overly tight. I have to really pull to get the mag out. I'm gonna send it back but has anyone else encountered this. The V51 is a little tight but no where near the V53. Any solutions, apart from lubing the mag as one suggested. What type of mag are you using? Steel or the aluminum type? I have a V93 and the 40rnd mag that came with it is nice and tight, but the steel 25rnd mag that I bought fits better (even with a slight bit of wiggle room). If you have only tried the aluminum type, I would suggest trying a 30/25rnd mag (hopefully someone you know already has one, otherwise I think Vector still has the 30rnd mags for sale on their website). -JZ [Edited for spelling] |
