I have a bunch of Sierra 168gr bullets I was going to use in some 30-30 loads. Loading each round one at a time in my old Model 94. I have some 4064 I was going to use for my powder. My only concern is the overall length when loaded. Does anyone have any favorites you would like to share?

Check the H&R NEF Talk (linked of of the Marlin Firearms Marlin Talk board) when the site comes back up. Someone on there had some awesome results with ~160 +/- grn spitzers handloaded in his single shot 30/30. They'll cycle through the action if the AOL is the same as factory rounds, just don't load more than one in the chamber and one in the tube. Sorry I couldn't help more.
