I went the Trust route too, and mine took about 3 months and a week.
My Local Sherrif will sign but I don't care about his whole department knowing what I have and the Trust allows multiple people to posses it not just me.

Dropped my form 4 in the mail on the 13th. Its my first one and I didnt use a trust.
